I'm delighted to announce that I'll be hosting Morning Yoga classes in PARC DUDEN at Guinguette Chez Emile bar Duden
Every Sunday - in the heart of the green
Starting this Sunday, I'll be joining you every week for an outdoor yoga break, in the gentle, lively energy of Émile's guinguette.
An hour to reconnect, breathe, ground and simply be - to the rhythm of body and nature.
? Classes from 12:30 to 1:30 pm
? Meet at 12:15pm in front of the steps next to the guinguette.
Classes open to all levels
Bring your own mat or a large towel and a bottle of water
Free participation - everyone can participate according to their means
The place is magical, the atmosphere warm and friendly, and other classes will follow very soon...
